A small teapot handmade in Tokoname town, in a highly respected Gyokko kiln. Shiboru means to squeeze in Japanese, as the small size of shiboridashi makes it perfect for brewing essential tea. Shiboridashi has no strainer, just spouted bowl and lid that keeps tea leaves inside the pot. Famous red clay of Tokoname rgion (shudei) is great for green tea brewing and makes the tea mild and delicious. A piece of ceramic art for tea connoisseurs.
