Furoshiki iroha by Serizawa Keisuke

Furoshiki cotton wrapping cloth - can be used as a napkin, scarf or an original gift wrapping - for CDs or ceramics, as well as for packing tea cans, perfumes or cosmetics. It can also be wrapped as a bag for carrying lunch for work or school. Despite the relatively small size you can also wrap a bottle of wine or another bottle in it, it will certainly be an original gift when visiting family or friends. Iroha is an old Japanese poem, where each of kana alphabet was used only once. Now, "iroha" is used in the meaning of alphabet. This furoshiki pattern was designed by Serizawa Keisuke - a renowned Japanese designer, who was nominated as the "Living National Treasure" by the Japanese government.
