Thick layer of glaze and long process of firing makes a very special effect - slightly irregular surface with tiny holes in the glaze. Shino glaze usually comes in several colours - milky white, pink and grey with rusty elements. Nezumi shino teapot is in gray and brown colours with white decoration - floral motives. Japanese ceramic tradition shown on one beautiful teapot.
