Sabaku beige mug 330ml
Original ceramic mug made in Japan. Sabaku means ‘desert’ -the beige-brown colours of the clay and glaze resemble the desert landscape.
The raw clay in the lower part of the mug, the interesting shape tapered in the middle - this makes the mug very comfortable to hold in the hand. Modern design in an ascetic wabi-sabi aesthetic. A beautiful vessel for everyday coffee or tea, but also for a drink or for mulled wine or beer. It can also serve as an original vase for flowers.
Features:
- Japanese ceramic from Gifu prefecture - minoyaki
- for tea, coffee or other beverages
- for drinks or mulled wine
- can be an original flower vase
- simple form, muted colours
- very comfortable thanks to narrowing in the middle
- minimalist character in wabi - sabi aesthetics
- the volume is measured to the top edge of the vessel - the ‘practical’ volume is slightly smaller
Dimensions:
- Diameter 8cm
- Height 11,5cm
- Capacity (to the upper edge) 330ml
