Classic tokonameyaki kyusu, handmade in famous Tokoname kiln - Gyokko. Black fired clay and tiny grooves on the clay called biri - traditional decoration technique. Hirakyusu means "flat teapot" - this shape gives tealeaves more space so they reveal the best possible taste of umami. Great for high quality teas.
