Original teapot, handmade by Japanese ceramic artist Yukihisa Futaba. The houhin teapot is an small size vessel for high-grade teas - it has no handle, for brewing teas in temperatures of 40-60 degrees. Unusual for hagiyaki, yakishime technique - the unglazed teapot was fired at a very high temperature. Beautiful, energetic colors of brick-red clay with dark brown elements with a delicate shine.
